Seriously. I’ve never done this before.
But, 2 weeks ago, I got an email like this in my inbox:
“Hi Sarah, I am very interested in the seasonal meal plan but have a few things holding me back…
1. Last year I purchased a different meal plan I found on the internet and it was too restricting for me. I really felt that I was on a diet and pretty hungry. I get headaches from low blood sugar and eating a few carrots and green pepper slices at 3pm was not enough to get me through the afternoon. I am afraid to spend more money on something that isn’t sustainable. Thoughts on this?
2. I am really looking for something to help me meal plan easily so that we have the kitchen stocked for easy lunches and dinners, versus going to Evolution Fresh for a salad every day and spending so much money. Is this the right plan for someone who wants direction on a meal plan, given a budget?
3. My husband is somewhat picky. He doesn’t like beans (ok with lentils) or salmon (at least the way I make it). Do you have an example of a few meal options, or do you see this as a problem?

So glad you asked. YES. This plan is totally different than any other diet or plan you’ve probably tried in the past. The food is awesome, easy and you will feel great. I can almost 100% guarentee that.
