FAQ’S:
Are the recipes all gluten free?
Yes.
Are the recipes all dairy free?
Yes, or easy to modify by leaving off the cheese (it’s not a main ingredient in anything)
Are the recipes plant based?
Every recipe is vegetable based and vegetable dominant. Some dishes have meat in them that is easy to leave out or swap for beans or lentils, and I note that on each one and on the shopping list. There is only one recipe (the turkey meatloaf) that isn’t, and I have an amazing recipe swap for you if you just email us at [email protected] and ask for it.
When does the plan get delivered once I sign up?
Right away you will get a welcome email to your inbox. Then within 15 minutes, your set of recipes, the plan and your shopping list will arrive!
How much do normal meal plans cost?
They are usually $99 for 4 weeks, so this is a STEAL OF A DEAL at only $37 $27 with the coupon code “STAYHOME” at checkout.
