A quick meditation to help you start the process of calling in your healthiest day

Ok, I know, I know,  meditations are not for everyone. It took me years to really try one. So, if you’re not into them, feel free to skip this one. But if you ARE— this one was created to give you a quick shift into a more uplifting and empowering space to operate from, when it comes to your mindset. Try it in the morning for a few days, or while you’re on a walk. The key part is to let your nervous system relax.

Remember, this part is soooo key and often left out (the thoughts that go through your brain a million times a day about yourself, food, your health, etc). It’s time to shift those (slowly but surely) and re-program them 🙂
