Sitting there in Italy with my side salad and chicken, I began looking around:
Everywhere I looked, beautiful Italian women sat together nearby—truly delighting in plates of pasta, a glass of wine, scoops of gelato, and great conversation. And it hit me:
I'd never had a meal like that in my life.
Not fully present. Not enjoying my food, only obsessing over it's nutrient value. Not without the mental loops and shame and guilt I felt after most meals where I couldn't control every aspect.
But one thing was for sure: I wanted what they were having.
It was the biggest unlock of my life.
And now, I help women all over the word do the same:
