Um, hi. So, can we talk about something? It’s about never dieting, ever again.
And I knooooow. It’s still the beginning of the year, and everyone’s doing it. I get it. It’s tempting.
Except that they never work for the long haul.
And usually, they make things worse- physically, mentally and with a nice thick layer of guilt on top, as you swing back and forth between following the diet and being “good”, and participating in all the fun stuff and being “bad”.

Because so much of living this anti-diet life that’s more full of more freedom and joy, has to do with how you currently define “healthy” food.
