Just a little quickie today. I’m in charge of apps for dinner club tonight, and short on time (yo, what else is new). Nitrate-free Prosciutto Wrapped Apples. 10 minutes and done. To the rescue.
Because, healthy food is real food.

Prosciutto Wrapped Apples
1 honeycrisp apple
10 slices nitrate free prosciutto
Heat a skillet with a dollop of olive oil on medium high heat. Cut apples into thin slices and wrap each with proscuitto. Fry on both sides until slightly brown and crispy, approximately 5 minutes per side.
Serve hot.
