Healthy + Quick Fall Appetizer: Prosciutto Wrapped Apples via Simply Real Health

Just a little quickie today. I’m in charge of apps for dinner club tonight, and short on time (yo, what else is new). Nitrate-free Prosciutto Wrapped Apples. 10 minutes and done. To the rescue.

Because, healthy food is real food.

and real food is beautiful food.

Simple as that. Don’t forget it.

Prosciutto Wrapped Apples

1 honeycrisp apple

10 slices nitrate free prosciutto

Heat a skillet with a dollop of olive oil on medium high heat. Cut apples into thin slices and wrap each with proscuitto. Fry on both sides until slightly brown and crispy, approximately 5 minutes per side.

Serve hot.
