No doubt about it.

I get asked a lot of questions about food. And lifestyle. And how to eat well but also enjoy life too.

And I love it. Because I know it’s not a easy thing to pick up, especially when we’ve been taught to think about food and eating so wrong differently, and for most of our lives.

So, when the editors of Clementine Daily asked me the 5 most common questions I get about food and healthy lifestyle stuff, I wrote back immediately.

And they are:

1) On your website you mention that one of the biggest mistakes people make is thinking oatmeal and cereal are healthy breakfast options. So…. What do you eat for breakfast?

2) Is coffee bad for you? What do you think about it? Do you drink it ?

3) How about wine?

4) What is the best kind of milk to drink? Nonfat, whole, soy or almond? I’m so confused.

5) What are the best prepackaged snacks on the go?
