Do I have kids? No. Not yet, at least. But I have worked with a lot. A lot. And their parents to revamp and re-educate around healthy food and what it actually is.
And, probably more importantly, what’s for dinner (and breakfast and lunch and snack too). And how to make it all less stressful, more lighthearted and easier for everyone in the family to get on board with.
The truth is this: most families struggle with the same things when it comes to feeding their busy kids + having a healthier family lifestyle. But, with a few tweaks and new ideas, most of them can be crazily improved.
So, today I just wanted to share a few of my favorite ideas on how to get your kids (or picky eating adults) to eat healthier. Without any freakouts or meltdowns.
