Great info! What would you suggest for me on a candida cleanse, no dairy, veggies instead of carbs, no sugar (stevia is allowed), no coffee, no chocolate? My doctor (Keesha Ewers) is saying 8 weeks, and I’m three weeks into it. Any suggestions?
