I’ve got treats for you today! A full list and run down of my current favorite things, products and fun food finds to keep you healthy, inspired, and happy this Fall! Click here to watch. And of course, add your own favorites in the comments below.
2. Leg Warmers
3. Yogi Peach Detox Tea or this Yerba Mate Tea brewed in my French Press
4. Mini Frother (Ikea sells them too!) This is my WORLD when the weather turns. Boring coffee, tea & matcha making gets elevated and special with creamier textures.
5. Matcha Tea (I am obsessed with Matchaful’s brand. All organic, and a lady-boss run small business too. She offers 20% off all orders to my peeps too! Just use code “simplyrealhealth” at checkout).
To make these Matcha Almond Milk Lattes (also my everything right now).
6. Matcha (or Yerba Mate) Tea Latte: 1/2 teaspoon matcha + 1/2 cup hot water + splash almond, cashew or hemp milk + 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil or grassfed butter + splash of maple syrup.
Blend together in a blender or with your mini brother!
7. Purple Rice + Black Sesame Cracker (GF)– from PCC Natural Markets.
Also, these new GF Everything Flatbread Crackers, and THESE CRACK CRACKERS from Whole Foods. Just trust me.
8. Pumpkin Spiced Pumpkin Seeds from Trader Joe’s. Stock up– these MAKE any Fall salad the star of the show!
9. Cutie Clear Bubble Umbrella (at Pipe and Row Boutique in Fremont, or Amazon)
10. These, which you already know. The Kombocha Squash Soup and The Cozy Lunch Bowl. You just gotta, if you haven’t already. Both are even better the next day!

I just made the matcha tea latte (I added a touch of honey) and it is marvelous! Thank you for turning me on to thisnew use for my matcha. I have only ever used it to make green tea ice cream.

Loved this post, Sarah. Appreciate the reminder that our craving for warmth during this season does not need to correlate with food. Other things can give us warmth in their own ways as well. Inspired by you, as usual!
