Blackberry- Basil Green Smoothie
2-4 cups spinach
1 handful blackberries (approx 8-10 berries)
3-4 leaves fresh basil (or more)
½ banana
hemp protein, coconut water, hemp milk + chia seeds optional
if it’s not sweet enough for your liking, add a few pieces of frozen fruit or a dash of vanilla extract
Blend together with ice and water
