Yup, round 3 today. On VIDEO.
[If you haven’t seen ’em yet, check out round 1 and round 2 videos first].
Mostly because I think shopping at Trader Joe’s is both a hobby AND game.
And that I happen to be living inside my local one these days with all this crazy cookbook cooking, so you better believe I’ve scoured almost every product at this point.
Some days flitting and floating happily down the aisles in an effort to force some relaxation time [I know, the weirdest], and other days when I’m already 15 minutes late and have 15 meals to grab ingredients for. Squished between the pepper aisle, 2 other people’s carts, and wearing my nikes for a reason.
I know most people hate grocery shopping, but I will tell you what: having a more lesisurely trip even once every 2 months gives you the ability to absolutely dominate a DIRECT ROUTE through the store on the days you have to move fast. You know where all the good stuff is and you can wham bam right outta there.
And I have a route. ROUTE. Don’t get in my way.
In the nicest possible way. Of course.
So, these little additions have been my new pitstops. Worth the grab and try. But, a warning, first.
Most of these items today I have to explain, because you’re going to look at the picture and ask why I have potato chips and ice cream so clearly on display. [Wait, this is a healthy food blog, right?]. Answer: yes. Good thing it’s a video post, ain’t it? So sit back, relax and let me tell you why they’re there.
And what to do with those raisins that might be a game-changer for you.
Sarah’s NEW Favorite Picks at Trader Joe’s [Round 3]
PS. Yes, the Blu Italy orange sparkling water didn’t even make it in the video. It’s that good. I might have a problem.
Now, it’s your turn.
What are your favorites these days? The tried and true things that are always in your cart OR new things you’ve found at TJ’s? Please share ’em, and this video with your friends that would love it.

Those jumbo raisins are my jammmm.
Sarah Adler of Simply Real Health says
Yeah! Do you do what I do with them?
Megan says
Looks good. On a side note costco now has an organic clean hummus. Can’t remember the brand, but it’s like 4-5 ingredients no bad oils.
Sarah Adler of Simply Real Health says
So great to know Megan. Thanks for sharing, hummus can oddly be hard to find!

I love the Trader Joes appetizers in the Asian section, potstickers and eat them with the Gyoza dippiing sauce. I don’t know how healthy they are but tastes so good! A friend introduced me to this. Couldn’t find it at one of the Trader Joes so I go to another TJ.
