For real– one of the biggest questions I get asked about is where to start learning more about REAL FOOD and this much more simplified way of life I always talk about. And what my own journey has been to get there. Because truth: food being a easy and calm and fun thing in my life, was so far from the truth– and for most of my life.  

So….I’m so happy to share something so fun today: a brand new (free) podcast workshop for you to listen to! ✨ it’s called Simply Real FOOD: real food, finally explained. ✌?

My hope is that this one hour could change your life, in big ways or small. Or at least get you thinking.

I know for me, so much of what I thought I knew about eating healthy before I knew about true “real food” ended up to be so backwards and wrong. So if I can save you any time, confusion, stress or hassle with your food game, please let me.
