Because, FACT: good tunes just elevate and make life better, don’t you think?
It’s why I always have some going, in the background of my life: while cooking, driving, working, during my morning & night routines, during dinner and hanging with people we love, and winding down at night.
They can change your mood in under a minute, make tasks that are usually not as fun almost enjoyable, and bring a little more JOY into your day. And maybe most importantly: serve as little reminder to not take yourself too seriously.
So as this magical time of the year begins– squeezing the most out of summer while also mentally getting ready for the shift into fall, what better way to enjoy it then soaking in all the good vibes?
So on special request, here’s what’s in my ears lately, as I work on the 2nd cookbook, get the #simplyreallife program ready to open this Fall, and eat my pregnancy heirloom tomatoes by the pound.
