And why it’s necessary.
This week I’m taking a break. So I’ll just keep it short and sweet:
Make sure you do too. At some point in the next 3 months.
Don’t feel like you have the time? That’s a sign you’re probably one of the people that needs it most.
{raising my own hand for that one}.
You have to get away from your daily routine in some way. To disconnect, and let your body, mind, soul and thoughts recoup. Refresh. Re-energize. And relax. Not just for an hour. Make the time. You’ll get it back ten-fold. It’s always the case.
But here’s the key- without guilt.
{I’m still working on that}.
For whatever that may look like for you- a weekend in without checking your email and phone, a few days away, or entire week carved out, just for rejuvenation, a time to re-set and time to re-focus on the stuff that really matters.
It’s one of the healthiest things you can do.
Do it now, and make the time.
See you all back here next week with some of my favorite Thanksgiving dishes. xo Now it’s your turn. What things do you do to take a break in your daily life? Is it a full blown vacation or weekly pauses. Share them below in the comments section!
