WELP….THE SECRET IS FINALLY OUT.

Last week, exactly 3 days after moving into our new house, still in the midst of a new kitchen remodel, holes in the wall and amidst all the crazy, I let you guys in on my quiet secret that’s been in the works for a little while now, on instagram

A NEW Simply Real Health Cookbook is coming! 

And yes, I’m totally crazy, in case you were wondering, to be doing something like this again, especially with all the other big life things happening. But, you know what? Why not double down in messiness? LET’S GO FOR IT. 

And also YES-  it’s gonna be a looooong journey. So long that that I almost wanted to wait to say anything at all, because 1 1/2 -2 years is to be expected.

But, I’d rather just take you guys along this journey with me. To show you the whole process and take you behind the scenes of how cookbooks are created and made, when you do it from scratch. And with your whole heart. ?

And because I’m making this for YOU. By request (over and over again in the last few years). 

You, who send me messages and emails and your own stories DAILY of how the first book has changed your life/your families lives/and everyone around you.

That you’ve never actually used a cookbook more, or felt more inspired in the kitchen, or have been so much healthier and happier and FREE feeling because of it. That it makes it all so much simpler. And totally doable in the midst of real life, to eat well and live your best life. 

So, to you my loves. This next one is for you.

And a favor? I might need those reminders and encouragement along the way, because this process is no joke. So, let’s do this thing. 2.0 style. Together.

    Hi Sarah – so excited for your next cookbook!!! And to see your adorable kitchen once it’s done! I love your ideas for baby showers and parties, and would love to see a few pages on menus of your recipes to serve at parties (showers, or Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner, or post Christmas brunch with the leftovers). Thanks for shining your light and inspiring your followers to live a healthy and beautiful life !

    Yay!! I’m so excited for your second cookbook!!! One thing that I still struggle with is that I love crunchy snacks. I would rather eat crunchy snacks (chips, crackers, popcorn…) rather than sweets. But I usually end up eating too many crackers for example, and then I feel bad. I would love an idea for healthy alternative to these snacks, something that is still crunchy, but something that is healthier and that I won’t over eat.

    I would also love more veggie inspired breakfast ideas. I love to eat veggies for breakfast, and I prefer easy to prepare items. Usually I end up reverting to scrambled eggs with stir fry veggies, and it can get a little boring after a while.

    I haven’t finished making every recipe from your first cookbook yet, but I’ve loved all the ones that I’ve tried so far! I love how simple they are and I love how much fun I have making them! I’m so excited for your second book!!!

    Yay – I’m looking forward to your 2nd cookbook!!! Would love to see recipes for what to do with leftover almond milk pulp?? Always a dilemma 🙂 and, ideas on simple make-ahead recipes to bring to potlucks.
