Call me crazy, but I think that most people WANT to eat healthier, to be healthier overall, if given the choice.
Healthy, glowing, full of energy, happy and loving life.
or
fat, sluggish, cranky, tired and miserable.
I mean, really.
What logical person wants the last one?
But, I’m a realist, as most of you know by now. I know that everyone has obstacles that can get in the way of eating healthy on a day-to-day basis. There are actually two different categories of them: 1) Lame excuses and 2) Real reasons.
[Real Reasons:]1. Not knowing how to shop, plan or cook real-food meals.
2. Not having enough time to shop, plan and make real-food meals.
3. Feeling overwhelmed and uninspired by the whole process.
[Lame Excuses:]1. Not knowing how to shop, plan or cook real-food meals.
2. Not having enough time to shop, plan and make real-food meals.
3. Feeling overwhelmed and uninspired by the whole process.
Why do I think your real reasons are now lame excuses?
Because. Now, they don’t have to be.

What people are saying:
“I was looking for meal planning and recipes so that I could be more organized and not have to worry about what to make for dinner and always be at the store. I wanted easy ways to eat more vegetables and to be more conscious of my food choices. The plan was amazing! I loved the shopping lists, they were so simple and only having to go grocery shopping once a week really freed up my time. A little more time spent in the kitchen than I am used to but I think with less time shopping it evened out. I would describe the plan as simple, easy to follow and fun. The recipes were varied and I did not get bored. I looked forward to seeing what was coming for the next week and the grocery store was more enjoyable with a list rather than aimlessly roaming the aisles and then getting home to realize you forgot something”
“The main benefit I have received is having a meal plan going into the week. Being able to quickly make healthy, tasty meals is key to staying on track, which has been a challenge for me in the past. My cravings have decreased substantially over the past few weeks as well. Plus the food was awesome- the amount, variety, and tastes were A+!”
“This is a great program for those looking to experience what eating whole foods can do for your health and energy. I definitely found some more delicious healthy recipes to add to my meal planning, I am really glad I found some more recipes that are grain and dairy free and still delicious and filling. I also found that I had more energy and felt lighter overall when I cut out dairy and most grains, which is so interesting to know going forward. I would definately do this program again!”
FAQ’s:
Q: What if I’m cooking for more than 1 person?
A: There are servings sizes on all the recipes, so you can adjust the quantity up or down as you need to. Most weeks are designed to create enough food for 2 people for the week with moderate appetites, or 1 person with space in their freezer to store leftover soups, sauces and dinners.
Q: Is anything off limits like a diet plan?
A: The plan is meant as a general real-food meal guide and structure. Everyone has the option to add in additional snacks, heavier meal additions or things like alcohol, dessert or eating out as they see fit, depending on their goals. As written, these things are suggested in “limited” amounts for special occasions and events.
Q: Can I eat out?
A: Of course! The hope is that you choose real food when eating out, but it’s up to you. If you do eat out multiple times a week, you will probably pick just a few recipes to make per week, rather than buying and preparing everything at once. Think of it like extra ideas for your arsenal, and a plan that will last you longer than 4 weeks.
Q: I have food sensitivities. Can I do this?
A: Yes. The entire plan is 100% gluten, soy, and processed-food free with limited dairy and eggs, and easy to adjust the recipes accordingly.
Q: I’m ready. When can I start?
A: You can start anytime, although I suggest starting your first day on a Monday for ease and organization of your week.
Q: What if I don’t have paypal?
A: We also accept checks and credit cards. Just ask here.
Q: This is going to be a big shift for me. What if I need some extra help and accountability?
A: Yes, and yes. This program is offered at $99 on it’s own, or with the ability to add on 1 or 2 hours of personal coaching with me for weekly check ins and a concierge level of help and guidance through the whole process, via text, email and phone 24 hours/day. I would reccommend this option if you are just starting out on your real-food journey.
