A big exciting announcement (2.0) via @simplyrealhealth

I’ve had so many conversations with people lately about wanting it all.

It must be something about the holidays that really get to us, deep down.

Wanting to have the perfect body, a great, normal BALANCED relationship to good food, more time to do things that are good for themselves, and a more happy, FREE feeling, and joyful life.

To have it be not such a struggle or a daily mental battle. With too many hours wasted with guilt or trying too hard to be extremely healthy or extremely not.

To live in a normal, healthy-for-the-most-part way that wouldn’t take over their life and make them the weirdo at dinner parties. Or tailgates. Or happy hour. Or able to enjoy the holidays.

People will look at me blankly. Frankly. Hopefully, even.

Asking: how do I eat and live healthy, and not hate it?

A legitimate question. But, is that too much to ask for?

Is it humanly possible to not be on a diet for the rest of your life, but to still feel really good most days?

Well, yes.

I personally think it’s the only way to be. If you want to be happy and enjoy your life and not just live like a weird robot.

Without dieting. Without being crazy. Just by infusing more good, and clearing out a lot of clutter so people can actually READ the signals of their body instead of just float around in blah-land.

And yes, that’s a real place.

For years, I’ve been coaching people one-on-one on how to figure out this piece of the puzzle. It’s my most favorite work. The most thrilling work, watching people change week by week in our 6 weeks together. Until the end, when they are literally a different person than when we started.

They’re confident.

Calm.

They know exactly when they’re hungry, and when it’s something else.

And they know exactly what to do when it is another feeling or emotion.

They know how their body likes to workout and thrive.

They know exactly what foods give them energy and sass, and those that don’t.

They know what non-nutrient dense foods they love and how to enjoy every bite or sip.

They know how to cook in a way that works in their life.

They know how to eat out, how to order drinks, how much water they need.

They know how to meal plan, and how to shop way more efficiently.

They know how to cook for others in their family, and be social, happy little people.

They know how to get themselves back when they feel off or in a funk.

They have daily joys.

A great relationship to food.

And a much more fulfilling, ALIVE feeling life.

It’s amazing.  In 6 weeks, no less. A lot of life happens there and it’s pure gold.

And until now, it’s only been one-on-one work.

Because I love truly knowing people, diving and wrapping myself up right into their lives, and learning the things that challenge them, frustrate them, stop them from progressing forward, so I can help them re-route out of it.

My brain works in such strange ways, that it always seems like mmmm.. maybe a half second will go by before I have another option or solution for them to try. It’s my odd little gift that I’ve built my whole business around.

And after a lot of thought this past year, I’ve got to thinking: only offering this work one-on-one is not really in full alignment of my mission behind Simply Real Health. The mission is a much bigger one than that: to inspire people to take action in their lives. And to live their happiest, best one. Whatever that means to them.

Because everyone deserves to live a life like that. A life created, celebrated, and curated out of design instead of default. Because- think about a world and a next generation of people who live and think and breathe and eat that way.

Mind blowing.

So some of you may remember that in October, I launched, for the first time ever, a pilot test group program. 6 weeks, that takes people through the exact same work I take my one on one clients through, but in a group format. In the 6 weeks leading up the Thanksgiving.

With recorded podcasts you can listen to on your own time each week, a live (optional) weekly Q + A video call, access for individual questions, weekly homework assignments, treats, daily tracking, weekly recipes, and a group forum. To essentially– be my babies for 6 weeks.

To learn about real food in it’s entirety, and how much it impacts the rest of your life. To work on the mental and emotional component to food. To re-program your brain to want and love living a healthy life. To teach you everything I know, and share it.

And now, the results are in. And boy, they are massive.

BIG.

A program full of huge shifts and tiny tweaks, that made all the difference in the world. Food, plus everything else in life that it’s connected to.

“This program blew my mind with it’s amazing content and real-life relatability. Sarah, it was so EMPOWERING on so many levels, inspiring, deep thinking, and  such a mind-changing program. It was such a new, fresh and positive perspective not just on food, but on mindset, happiness and life.”

And because of it, this January, you might want to stick around these parts.

We’re gonna do it again.
