So…. after so many questions and DM’s lately, I finally sat down and filmed a full video on my favorite non-toxic skincare products. I hope this will be so helpful to have it all in one place so you always have it to refer back to it when you’re ready to upgrade some of your self-care products (or you’re shopping for gifts for others throughout the year).
SO: Here are my favorite things, and a little more behind WHY I love this brand, each of these things and WHAT I do with them daily. The full scoop!
Why does this matter? Because of this one simple truth: whatever you put on your skin, goes IN to your skin, and IN to your body, your cells, and your bloodstream. So, for your health, I’m always an advocate of keeping it as simple, pure and non-toxic as you can. But that doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice using products that actually work, or that are beautiful enough to inspire your self-care routine.
Because the thing is, your skin is your biggest organ. And it’s a detox organ, just like our liver, kidneys & guts. And, here’s the thing: when we use products full of harmful additives and toxic chemicals, they don’t just sit on our skin. They enter our bloodstream and carry throughout our whole body, causing inflammation, hormone problems (this is a HUGE ONE, especially for women and especially when it relates to fertility), cell mutation linked to cancer and autoimmune diseases, and prolonged skin issues.
Also truth: so many of the mainstream skincare lines we see at stores have ingredients that we can hardly spell, let alone pronounce. Have you ever looked at yours?! Go do it now. These conventional products claim to “treat” fine lines and blemishes with powerful, aggressive astringents and harsh chemicals that may look as though they fix the problem short-term, but actually just cover it up and make things worse: topically and also internally in our bodies.
But before the last few years, this often meant you were relegated to the aisles of the health food store. With funky smelling products that weren’t exactly luxurious or easy to use. You had to be very committed to a natural lifestyle and not care as much if they actually worked well as the things you use to love.
But these days? Thankfully, there’s so many better options and companies popping up that on a mission to change that.
So, here is one of mine, and what I think is the perfect way to start transitioning more of your skincare products to cleaner and healthier options— with without having to sacrifice products that work, smell amazing and are easy to incorporate into your routine.

MY TOP 3 FAV PRODUCTS
Top 3 Desert Island Picks:
01. Deodorant — Primally Pure Deodorant: I adore the unscented, tea tree and blue tansy versions the best… and let me tell you, I’ve tried SO MANY brands. This one actually works. Like sooo well. Because the sweat glands in your armpits are directly over your lymph nodes, making sure you have a deodorant that is aluminum and chemical free is so very important.
IF YOU TRANSITION ONE THING TO NATURAL PRODUCTS FIRST, a clean deodorant would be my first suggestion. Remember, sweat is normal– it’s just the stink you don’t want. Make sure you give your body a few weeks to adjust before you judge. Antiperspirants (sweat blockers with chemicals) and deodorants (smell enhancers) are very different. Side note: the cleaner you eat, the less stink you’ll have, so the two go hand in hand here.
02. The Oil Cleanser: you guys, this stuff is the best for cleansing your skin without stripping it of all the good oils your skin needs to truly glow and hydrate from the inside out. Also great to remove any makeup. I’ve never used a better skin cleanser. Watch how I use this every night here!
03. Dry Shampoo- your scalp is soo close to your brain. And your skin and scalp absorb everything. So, for that reason alone this is the next thing I always recommend to women who are ready to upgrade some of their products. Plus, it’s an amazing natural texturizer so you can truly go a full week without washing and have tons of volume.
and in a clooooose tie,
04. Moisture Drenching Face Serums: the best way to wrap in moisture and feed your skin overnight. I switch off between these two most nights. These are a bit more expensive but last forever because you just use 2-3 drops at a time. And they are each full of amazing skin superfoods that are hard to find anywhere else.
The Plumping Serum: floral and amazing
The CBD Soothing Serum: earthy and grounding and amazing

Facial Mists: a instant energetic shift, and mid-day, morning or night hydrator.
The Everything Spray: this can be used like a toner a few times a week (swiped on a organic cotton pad) or as a spray, which is delightful. I’m obsessed with this and use it most mornings to wake my skin up. And throughout the day anytime I need a quick re-fresh of my skin (or mind).
Neroli Face Spray: Smells like orange blossoms and for whatever reason makes my skin look tanner and way more glowy than any of the other mists.
Face Cream:
Blue Tansy Beauty Cream: an amazing face cream that I use and switch out with serums after my oil cleansing each night. So great for traveling, so hydrating and great for fall & winter months or if you have dry skin. Blue Tansy is a known skin calmer and soother so this is great if you struggle with dry skin, acne or irritations.
Body Cream:
Body Butter — Primally Pure Vanilla Almond Body Butter: pure bliss, this stuff is the most hydrating and best-smelling lotion ever. I used it all through pregnancy to prevent stretch marks and as a nightly treat and part of my bedtime ritual. Just do it.
For a Little Luxury:
Jasmine Body Oil: so lux and such a treat for a at home spa night (I use it after my night time dry brushing, bath/shower routine) to transition back into a woman. It’s such a beautiful little self-care ritual. Super hydrating and smells amazing.
The Plumping Mask: smells like flowers and is a beautiful red color.
The Soothing Mask a beautiful green color that truly works!

For the Little Ones:
The Baby Kit: includes baby soap, baby balm, baby powder and baby oil
The Baby Balm: a great all-in-one oil (that moms can steal too).
The Baby Oil: Some babies like the oil, some like the balm better. We used the balm mostly, but sometimes I use this one under my eyes and sometimes during nursing, you know where because it’s safe enough to eat.
The Baby Powder: this stuff magically takes away all diaper rash. It’s so good, so clean and lasts forever!
If You’re Not Sure Where To Start:
The holistic Skincare Guide. It’s 50 pages of in depth research, helpful techniques and everything you need to know for healthy skin, from the inside out. This covers food, lifestyle (written by yours truly), sleep, and technical aspects about understanding your skin, and it’s such an amazing resource for you to really dig in and educate yourself.
The Starter Kit: the body butter deodorant, face spray and lip balms, all in one! This is the perfect way to try out a little bit of each thing.
Other Favorites:
Lip Balm: Creamsicle and Cocoa are my personal favorites. I have these all over the house, car, office, my bedside table, etc.
Gua Sha Stone: See my full tutorial here. I use this with a few drops of the plumping serum.
The Dry Brush: the best thing before a bath or shower to help your lymph circulate and the body naturally detox. This is so good for cellulite and over cell health!
