Ahhhh, you guys, this week was absolute magic. I had my free, live cooking class on Tuesday to share how I make 3 healthy meals for the week (in under 30 minutes) and I am STILL buzzing from the energy and excitement.
What I know: healthy eating doesn’t have to be so all-or-nothing. Or crazy expensive. Or unsustainable. Or take soooo much time, and mental energy.
And… that we all need more positive energy these days. To carry us through busy, full weeks and to keep our mindset right when things get crazy.
The truth is, what we eat DAILY, affects all of that. It’s the small things and choices that add up. And here’s the kicker– choosing healthy, energy-lifting, body-rejuvenating foods can actually be fun and easy (….. really).
That’s what my free cooking class this week was alllll about, actually! If mealtimes have you feeling exhausted or depleted or just plain overwhelmed, I really encourage you to go watch it, if nothing else than for a few new ideas in the kitchen and the encouragement that you got this. You really do.
Let yourself be lifted, let yourself take OFF some of the pressure. And remind yourself that we can always simplify the things that feel hard– it might just take a new perspective and a mindset shift.
