10 years ago, verdict would still be out if I’d still be in my coverup. Let alone posting any pictures. Let me explain.
So, last month’s #simplyreallife theme & blog posts were on building freedom in your life, and chasing your dreams. This month– its about freedom with your food, and clearing out all the nasty little low-grade thoughts in your head.
Because in order to have freedom and more aliveness in your life, you’ve gotta have freedom in your body and mind. But all of that comes from freedom with food FIRST. That’s the order. And the place I had it totally backwards for most of my life.
So now, #iamwoman is the only thing outta these lips. Athletic, imperfect curves and all. And it wasn’t from repeating it myself over and over, until I believed it.
